Therapist hints/suggestions: I use this timer in my speech therapy sessions; however I removed the string and have in velcroed onto my wall above the table in which the children work at. You can use it around your neck it place it on the table where the children work (it has a table stand). It is also a great visual for children with austism and ADD/ADHD as they know how long to attend to activities before moving on to the next. I often use this with a visual schedule as well.
